Winter season (1\u00a0<\/strong>October \u2013 30 April)<\/b><\/p>

  • If\u00a0your reservation is canceled 21\u00a0days before arrival,\u00a0no fee will be charged.<\/li>
  • If\u00a0your reservation is canceled 20-15 days before arrival, 50%\u00a0fee of the total amount will be charged.<\/li>
  • If\u00a0your reservation is canceled 14-8 days before arrival you will be charged 75% of the total reservation.<\/li>
  • If your reservation is canceled 7 days before arrival,\u00a0100%\u00a0fee\u00a0of the total amount will be charged.<\/li>
  • In case of Non Show the 100% of the total amount will be charged.<\/li>
  • Early departures (for any reason) are charged with 100% of the total amount.<\/li><\/ul>

      - If me or a member of my family gets coronavirus and we need to cancel our reservation, is there a refund?\n<\/em>\nNo, there is no refund. In this case, where our cancellation policy applies, we give you free the same number of nights for the respective room type, from Monday to Thursday except holidays and national celebrations, subject to availability.\n\n\n- Is there a refund if there is a local or general Lock down?\n<\/em>\nNo, there is no refund. We give you a voucher to use the amount within 18 months after the expiration of the Lock down.<\/span><\/pre>
