PAYMENTS AND CANCELATION POLICY

HOTEL POLICY

Reservations:

by reserving a room to our hotel you accept the policy of the hotel and the terms and conditions that are being described bellow

  • By telephone: After your phone reservation, you will receive an sms or email with the confirmation number and the data of your reservation. The reservation will be valid when you will make a prepayment according to the reservation deal. At the end of the message there will be a bank account in which you have to deposit the agreed amount until the written day and hour. (Usually until the next day at 14:00). In case of cancelation please contact immediately. If you don’t deposit the agreed amount until the agreed day and hour, your reservation will be canceled (even without warning). Valid reservations are only the reservations with a Reservation Number (R/N) and those with deposit.
  • Credit card by phone: we will ask your credit card details, in which we are going to charge the amount of the prepayment. At your arrival you must have your credit card as also your ID or passport.
  • On line: Direct reservations are the best choice because they are immediately valid.
  • By email: reservations that are made through email, must be confirmed by email. In holidays periods the reservation department answer emails within 24 hours

Check in: 15:00 (In case of the room is ready you might enter earlier – get informed from the reception)

Check out: 12:00 (In case of late check out there will be extra charge of 50% until 18:00 and 100% after)

Payments:

By reserving a room it will be asked to prepay the 50% of the total amount in the next Bank accounts. Please remember to write your name on the reservation and the reservation number

Cancellation policy: 

Winter season (1 October – 30 April)

  • If your reservation is canceled 21 days before arrival, no fee will be charged
  • If your reservation is canceled 20-15 days before arrival, 50% fee of the total amount will be charged
  • If your reservation is canceled 14-8 days before arrival you will be charged 75% of the total reservation
  • If your reservation is canceled 7 days before arrival, 100% fee of the total amount will be charged
  • Non Refundable reservations are charged the moment of your reservations and they can not be changed or canceled.
  • In case of Non Show the 100% of the total amount will be charged
  • Early departures (for any reason) are charged with 100%

 

Summer season (1 May – 30 September)

  • If your reservation is canceled 14 days before arrival, 100% fee of the first night will be charged
  • If your reservation is canceled 7 days before arrival, 100% fee of the total amount will be charged
  • Non Refundable reservations are charged the moment of your reservations and they can not be changed or canceled.
  • In case of Non Show the 100% of the total amount will be charged
  • Early departures (for any reason) are charged with 100% of the total amount

Terms of  Use & Useful information: 

Swimming pool

  • Is heated in 26 degrees (Celsius), from 28th October – 15th of March)
  • All the other periods is in environment temperature
  • Maximum depth 1.60 cm
  • Minimum depth 1.40 cm

Restaurant

  • Opens on 1th December and close on 15th March
  • Friday & Saturday from 19.00 – 23.00

Spa facilities

  • Available only with appointment
  • There is cancellation fee 50% of the total amount

Fireplaces

  • All fireplaces can be used from October until April
  • The first woods are free for every day of your stay
  • If you don’t use the woods for one day, we don’t give extra woods the next day
  • For extra woods there is an additional charge of 5 euros/Room service
  • Extra woods are available until 22:00 p.m., and we follow priority of demand
  • If the weather doesn’t allow to light the fireplace, we might forbid the operation for security reasons

Free WiFi

  • Our Hotel has a free WiFi network with 2 lines of 24 Mbps each. The network is available in all public areas and in all rooms
  • In case of slow speed or in any case of problem in connection the technical support is available from 10:00-21:00
